FIFO LoopDelete your FIFO Loop account
You can delete your FIFO Loop account at any time. It takes effect straight away and can't be undone.
In the app (iPhone, Android or the web app)
- Open FIFO Loop and go to More → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
No longer have the app? Sign in at app.swingday.app with the same account and do the same there.
By email
Email support@swingday.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my FIFO Loop account. We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name, sign-in method and sign-in records.
- Any Together connection, including the encrypted schedule data shared through our servers.
Nothing is kept on our servers afterwards, apart from copies in our hosting provider's routine backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.
Data on your phone
Your rotation, pay, logbook, credentials and documents are stored only on your phone, never on our servers. Deleting your account doesn't touch them. To remove them, go to More → Privacy & security → Delete all data, or uninstall the app. Backup files you saved or emailed to yourself stay wherever you put them; delete them there.
